In some instances assistance is only needed to find the perfect venue, whilst others may wish to have our full support on the big day itself.

Silver Event Planning...
We will source you a choice of venues to reflect your personalities or the style of the planned event. There are now so many venue options available for all Occasions that finding the perfect venue may seem a daunting task. We will listen to your requirements & source a number of appropriate venues & list these with full details of cost & availabilty for your consideration. We also hand pick only highest quality independent suppliers and once we know your exact requirements we will ensure that their style & expertise fulfil your needs. We will provide a written summary of each to assist you with your decision. You are then free to make the arrangements directly.
Gold Event Planning...
This next level of service includes everything provided above but extends to HD Occasions making & overseeing the arrangements with the venue & suppliers of your choice. We will arrange all the finer details allowing you to relax & enjoy the build up your big event.
Platinum Event Planning...
At this highest level of service we arrange & co-ordinate absolutely everything on your behalf. We will be with you every step of the way from sourcing the venue, to sending the invitations, to being there on the day & finally through to the packing up. If you want a completely stress free event this level of service fulfils this requirement.
